Facebook Ads, Paid Social, E-commerce, Funnel Strategy
This project focused on turning a limited ad budget into a predictable, scalable revenue engine for an e-commerce brand. Instead of running scattered, disconnected campaigns, the account was rebuilt around a structured funnel — moving cold audiences through awareness, consideration, and conversion stages with clear intent at every step.
Each stage of the funnel was tracked independently: impressions and reach at the top, link clicks and add-to-carts in the middle, and checkouts and purchases at the bottom. This made it possible to spot exactly where potential customers were dropping off and reallocate budget toward the stages that converted best, rather than guessing at what was working.
The result was a funnel that turned £72,014 in ad spend into £325,832 in revenue — a 4.5x return — with 1,199 completed sales. This project shows how breaking a campaign into deliberate stages, and measuring each one, turns paid social from a cost center into a reliable growth channel.
